Augmented Reality: What does Tim Cook think?

The Apple boss said at a university appearance that people would “soon” be wondering how they would have lived without augmented reality before.

At an event at the Università Degli Studi di Napoli Federico II in Naples, where Cook was awarded an honorary doctorate in the field of “Innovation and International Management”, he spoke about future technologies that excite him.

When it comes to augmented reality, he is “super excited”. That will be “clearly not far in the future from today”. “If we then look back to this point […] you will wonder how we lived our lives without augmented reality.” It’s about the same as if you ask yourself today what it was like growing up without the Internet. Cook reiterated his argument that AR was “profound” to him.
